Acceptable Use Policy

What you may and may not do with the Advay Labs validation platform and related services. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.

Permitted use

Research, education, engineering review, partner diligence, institutional capability planning, and the validation workflows described in the plan you have purchased.

Prohibited use

  • Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile or extract the underlying models or training data of the platform.
  • Probing, scanning or testing the security of the platform without prior written consent.
  • Circumventing quotas, rate limits or access controls.
  • Sharing account credentials beyond the seats your plan covers.
  • Submitting material that infringes intellectual-property rights, contains malware, or violates export-control law.
  • Using outputs in a way that misrepresents the evidence class (e.g. presenting a "projected" or "simulated" result as "measured").
  • Using the service in support of weapons-of-mass-destruction development, sanctions-evasion, or other activities prohibited by applicable law.

Enforcement

Advay may suspend or terminate access for material breach of this policy, with notice where reasonable. Repeated or severe violations may be reported to law enforcement and to the user's institution.
