Refund and Cancellation Policy
How cancellations and refunds work for paid Advay Labs platform tiers.

Public-preview use of the Playground does not require payment and has no refund implications.

Monthly subscriptions
Cancel at any time from the account dashboard or by writing to billing@advaylabs.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. Unused portions of the current month are not refunded except where Indian consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

Annual subscriptions
Annual plans may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within 30 days of purchase if the platform has not been used substantively (defined as fewer than 20 validation jobs run on the account). After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable. Cancellation prevents auto-renewal.

Institutional and strategic engagements
Custom contracts (Tier 2 institutional, Tier 3 strategic) carry their own termination, refund and exit terms as set out in the signed engagement document. Those terms supersede this policy.

Disputes
If you believe you have been charged in error, write to billing@advaylabs.com with the relevant invoice. We respond within 5 business days.
