Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Advay Labs website, the validation platform and any related services. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
1
Who we are
Advay Labs Private Limited, a company incorporated in India ("Advay", "we"). Headquartered in India; contact details on the Contact page.
2
The service
The Advay Platform provides validation, simulation and reporting capabilities for quantum architectures. Outputs are validation estimates — not measured hardware results — unless explicitly labelled "measured". The service is provided on an "as is" basis; we make no warranty about fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is set out in the applicable plan.
3
Your account
You agree to keep your account credentials confidential, to use the service in accordance with the Acceptable Use Policy and any plan-specific terms, and to provide accurate information at registration.
4
Payment, refunds, taxes
Pricing is shown on the Pricing page. Indian customers are billed in INR at the applicable checkout conversion rate, plus applicable GST. Refunds follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
5
Intellectual property
The platform, the website, the design and the underlying technical content are owned by Advay. You retain ownership of circuits and inputs you submit; you grant Advay a limited licence to process them for the purpose of providing the service. We do not use customer inputs to train third-party models without explicit consent.
6
Confidentiality
Material exchanged inside controlled-review processes (diligence rooms, partner reviews) is subject to a non-disclosure agreement. Public-website material is intentionally limited; the absence of detail on the public site is not an indication of capability.
7
Limitation of liability
Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you have paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
8
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, India have exclusive jurisdiction unless a binding arbitration clause is agreed in writing.
9
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to registered users; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
